Gravity
by

Crowsí feet.
Sagging jowls.
Turkey neck.

Laughter wrinkles.
Keep smiling
so they donít show.

Extra pounds.
Achy hips and knees.
Gravity,
stop pulling me down.

Oh, well,
I donít want to drift away
into outer space where
no one can hear
me complain.

Throw out the scale.
Donít look in the mirror.
Let gravity do its thing.
