At Aunt Mary's house on Christmas Eve
We wait upstairs until we hear reindeer bells
And gather together to share in the wonder
Cousins', aunts', and uncles' voices blend
The tree glows with twinkling lights
At Aunt Mary's on Christmas Eve night
We hurry downstairs to get our presents
Gaily colored gifts are stacked high and wide
We gather together to share in the splendor
Uncle Bill calls out names on each gift
Torn wrapping paper litters the room
At Aunt Mary's house on Christmas Eve
Grownups sip eggnog in the kitchen
Cousins play with their new Monopoly game
Together we gather to enjoy all the wonder
Icicles hang outside, yet we're warm and cozy
Everyone is smiling, even Uncle Bill
At Aunt Mary's house on Christmas Eve
We're all together sharing the wonder

I think the form is villanelle; and quite nicely done, I might add.
